New Years Eve Make Up

´ello lovely people,
it´s nearly New Years Eve and the lovely Ewa requested a New Years Make Up Post.
So the is exactly what this blogpost is all about.
I used my two new palettes by Urban Decay and Zoeva

Let me know if you´d like to read reviews about them x

The Make Up Look:

How to get the look:

I used the Maybelline 35 on and on Bronze to prime my eyelids and to darken up the look I am going for.

I used the Zoeva Naturally Yours palette.
I put the colour Lovely Monday all over my lid.
It´s a dark lilacy brown with a bit of a shimmer to it.
I then used Slow Dance a dark matte brown in my crease and blended it all together.
I also used the darker colour underneath my eyes.

I used the Naked 2 palette to give the look a finished look and make it perfect for this special evening.
I used Chopper just in the middle of my eyelid to highlight the middle part of my eyelid and to open up my eyes.
I then used Half Baked in the inner corner of my eyes to open up my eyes as well as to get a bit more shimmer to my eye make up.
I used the last colour Blackout and just lined my lash line with it.
You don´t have to be very precise with it, you can smoke it out with a pencil brush to darken up the look (perfect if you are invited to a big NYE Party)

Add a random brown kohl kajal to your waterline to finish up the look and use a whole lot of your favourite mascara.

The finished look

I hope you will have a lovely New Years Eve and an amazing 2016!
Thank you for all your support during 2015, I hope we can achieve a lot during 2016 together!

For now, I hope you don´t drink too much to not remember how you got into the next year ;)

Love, Kim x

Christmas Make Up

´ello lovely people,
christmas is so close and I am getting quite excited.
A lovely supporter of mine requested a christmas make up look and this is exactly what I am about to show you.
I´ll show you a gold- shimmery eye make up look which is perfect for the festive season.

starting with a base

The NYX Pore Filler smoothes out your skin and makes your make up stay on the whole christmas evening.
It even outs your skin with its natural beige colour and make our pore seem invisible.

I used the Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation with a damp beauty blender and blender the foundation onto my skin.
This foundation makes your skin looks its finest.
It stays on 12+ hours and feels very light on your skin.

I used my beloved MAC Cosmetics creamy eyeshadow in Painterly.
Add it all over your eyelids to provide your eye make up from creasing and moving around.
I will use a pigment and with an base eyeshadow underneath the pigment stays on better.

I used a gold shimmery eyeshadow all over my lids and blended it into my crease as well.
This eyeshadow is Loreal Paris Gold Mama.

I then added a beautiful gold MAC Cosmetics Pigment (the darker shade) onto the moving part of my eyelids.
Tip: spray a bit of water onto your make up brush, it makes your pigment stay on easier that way.

Add a dark chocolatey brown around and onto your waterline.
You can use a black liner if you would like to but the brown looks more settled and looks very nice with the old tones.

Add loads of mascara and the eyes are done.
I love the Maybelline New York Lash Sensational.

Back to the face

Add concealer under your eyes to remove dark circles and fall outs from the eye pigment.
The Maybelline Eye remover pen is super brightening and has its own sponge which makes it really easy to apply. Huge favourite.

Set everything with a powder of your choice.

Warm up your face with a bronzer.
My favourite is the Hoola Bronzer by Benefit.
Always apply a bronzer onto your forehead and down your temples as well as your jawline to give your face a natural looking finish.

Add a shimmery blush, just the Sleeks Rose Gold Blush onto your apples of your cheek.
Tip: Smile while applying your blush

Add a gorgeous highlighter of your choice.
It´s the festive season so you can add as much highlighter as you want to!
be your own shimmery christmas angel.

Add a nude lipstick (MAC Cosmetics Modesty) or a bright red if you prefer a more outgoing look.

And here is the result: The finished look

Would you like to see a New Years Make Up Look ?
Let me know!

I wish you all wonderful festive days for those who are celebrating.
Thank you for your amazing support!

Love, Kim x

November Favourites

It´s the most beautiful month of the year!
But before I will ramble about how much I love christmas let´s see what I loved during the month of November.

I got my hands on some amazing MAC Cosmetics pigments.

The first two pigments are goldy orangy shades, perfect for autumn eye make up looks.
The first one above is more pinky while the one beneath is more an orangy gold.

This two are my favourite pigments I got.
The first one is so unbelievable beautiful!
It´s a rose gold pigment which adds the most beautiful shimmer to your eyelids.
The one beneath is a browny shade which is perfect for autumn time.

I treated myself to a new MAC Cosmetics lipstick in the colour Lush Amber.
Its a beige-y nude- what a surprise.
But this one has not a matte finish it is very moisturising and looks very natural on your lips.

My new favourite primer is hand down this Pore Filler by NYX.
As the names tells you, it makes your pores invisible.
It smoothes out your skin to its highest level.
What I love about this primer is that has a slightly skin colour to it and makes redness disappear, perfect before applying your foundation.

I am a huge sports bra lover and I wanted to share with you this one by Calvin Klein.
This sports bra fits like a dream and makes you seem very secure in that area.
Love the soft material and the shape of it.
It makes your cleavage look amazing even though its just a sports bra.

I hope you liked this weeks blogpost.
